1. Acceptance of Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and the operator of RouteMaster ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the RouteMaster application and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business operations, in accordance with this Agreement and any documentation we provide.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access controls;
• Provide access to the Service to any third party without our prior written consent.

4. QuickBooks Integration

The Service integrates with QuickBooks Online, a product of Intuit Inc. ("Intuit"). When you connect your QuickBooks account, you authorize us to access and use your QuickBooks data solely to provide the Service's features (for example, creating invoices on your behalf).

• Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit.
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of Intuit's services, or for any changes Intuit makes to its APIs or platform.
• You may revoke our access to your QuickBooks data at any time by disconnecting the integration from the Settings page or from your Intuit account.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service, including data imported from your QuickBooks account ("Your Data"). You grant us the right to process Your Data solely as needed to operate and provide the Service. Our handling of Your Data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN DATA TRANSMITTED TO THIRD-PARTY SYSTEMS SUCH AS QUICKBOOKS ONLINE.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of this Agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, the license granted under this Agreement ends immediately, and provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6 and 7) will survive.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
